Insane Lag After Switching MO Profiles

Hello,

I recently decided to make a new Mod Organizer profile for a new playthrough, and everything worked well. I got out of the cell from Alternate Start and chose the Stormcloak start. But since it was late I decided to log off for the night.

Today I decided to go back to my previous MO profile to check something, but found that Skyrim was unbelievably laggy (taking a long time to load the save, even a fresh save that I use for testing mods), and totally unplayable (less than 1 fps). When I went back to my latest profile, the same thing happened, and I have no idea what's going on. I ran FNIS each time I switched profiles, if that helps.

My papyrus log is showing a lot of errors, though I have no idea why. Attached is the papyrus log when I attempt to create a new game (the game plays the sound when you create a new game, but the screen is black).

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. I would rather not reinstall everything, though if that is what it would take, then I guess I will do it if I have no other choice.

In addition, creating a new profile with zero mods enabled other than the DLCs and the high res texture pack also results in the same problem. Waited almost 5 minutes to even see the 'Bethesda Softworks presents' text when creating a new game, and it came out like as if I was watching a slideshow.
