Ok, I still need to see your load order.

Tell me also have you archive invalidated via bsa redirection after installing your body mod?

Link on instructions to do so via OBMM: http://cs.elderscrolls.com/index.php/Oblivion_Mods_FAQ#Archive_Invalidation

What this does is tell Oblivion to stop using the default body meshes and textures that are in the meshes.bsa file that the game came with originally and instead look for loose meshes and textures in your data folder.

If you have never archive invalidated via bsa redirection (or any other way) then this is probably it and you will be working.

If something still isn't working then you will need to post your full load order so we can see what you have installed to see if you have conflicts or things out of order. Load order with oblivion is pretty important!

As to how to do it via the crapy nexus mod manager - I can't tell you as I will never use that spyware. :(

It may be similar to the oblivion mod manager and if so then read this page: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=6133
