Random CellLoad Popups

Good day to everyone, i was hoping someone here could help me regarding a weird skyrim issue, from a time now my game has random popups windows every now and then interupting the game untill i hit "OK" i assume it has something to do with cellLoads, since most of the time it'll say this along with a NPC name that is nearby...i haven't notice this caussing any issue, but is really annoying.

Some of the popups say "0" "CellLoad" "BanditChiefLoad" at that kind of stuff...also showing multiple times one after the other... any ideas? it has to do with a mod? I'll leave my load order here, hope someone can help me.
