just type makeup in the nexus search, there are quite a few. i just installed whicheverone was the first one yesterday (which turns out to be the one tepi linked above). i prefer to leave my racemenu overlays open for dynamic mods like blush when aroused, etc.

Actually the empyrean warpaints has one that is very close to that. Not quite, but close. Try it out.

Iv been using a mod called Extended makeup . It adds some pretty nice makeup overlays for skyrim.

There isn't any screens but i can assure you that it mod itself isn't in Russian. Its just overlays.

I'm using it right now, only the txt file is.

Nexus Mod Manager is completely broken and I cannot install or uninstall any mods.

 

I might have to uninstall and then reinstall both skyrim and NMM.

 

For some reason, almst all of the mods I have downloaded go into the "unassigned" category. Perhaps they are being installed into the wrong directories?
