How to edit a mod.

Hello. I've been trying to edit a mod, specifically this one (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/66200/?), since the modder isn't supporting it anymore. I opened the .esp file on the creation kit and set skyrim.esm and the mod's .esp as active files. From here and on, I don't know how it works; can't find anything, don't know what to edit...

 

I foud VoiceSlowTime1/2/3, which seem to have the effect name ZaWarudo, and when I search for it, I find something that opens a huge ass window, but it doesn't have a big friendly "time slows by X%" or "player's movement slows by X%". Where should I look to find something similar? (I know it might not be that easy, but I can't even find something similar)

 

I haven't done many things with the creation kit, and might need some help with this. Thanks in advance.

There are 3 parts to a shout in the CK: Shout, Spell and Magic Effect

- Shout controls the recovery time and what Spell is used at what level of the shout (1,2 or 3 words)

- Spell controls the Magnitude (how powerful) and duration and Magic Effect. It looks like the lower the magnitude the more powerful it is (1 word = 0.3 magnitude where 3 words is 0.1 magnitude)

- Magic Effect controls the audio and visual parts of the shout / spell
