Change of body

Lovers use 4.1 without any added Pk except the MBP and Body HHEC.

But when my character have sex your body transforms randomly to other body types.

What option or esp must disable it not happen?

If I disable that option Tamago stop working?

Unless you want us to randomly guess we do need to see your load order.

 

If I had to guess I would say that you have setbody installed or that you have lover set body installed. You may not be aware that it is installed if it was built into the 4.1 merged lovers (you can check by going to the download page of the merged lovers 4.1 plugin and seeing if it was included).
