How to find out what Body replacer you have?

Question in title, I uninstalled Skyrim 8 months ago and just got back into it. Reinstalled my back up folder but I can't figure out what body mod i had before... Is there a way to check it?

Yes and here is the technique i know:

 

-Download a body mod like CBBE, UNP or ADEC (or download both).

 

-Install only the textures(make backups of your installed textures).

 

-Launch Skyrim.

 

-If you a see a mismatch on the body textures (CBBE, UNP or ADEC), you will find what body mod you have :-)

Open the NIF in a text editor and search for CBBE or UNP.

If it some other type it might not be named inside the NIF.
