What visby said.  There is no easy way to debug this as any mod can alter the text in any place.

Start by the usual suspects.  Uninstall mods you get from foreign sources.  However, mods from Nexusmod can have this problem as well as it is very possible for non-English speaking authors to leave some edit in his/her language somewhere.

If you want to be sure and this is probably a good idea for any mod, use Tes5edit to look at the mods in question and you will find the problematic characters/edits.  If you don't know about Tes5edit, get it from Nexusmod and learn how to use it.  It is one of the most essential tools for debugging and one of the best tools for beginners to learn how to create mods.

i tried to uninstall mods from foreign sources and still ended up nothing happens

yes i use Tes5edit when using to check mods error like missing master files, wrong load order and cleaning mods

in this situation i don't know how to find the problematic characters/edits or such as different language

I'm guessing that your not using MO to organize your mods. You've probably overwritten vanilla files in such a way that whatever you are using to organize your mods can't restore them. This is why I and others strongly recommend using MO since it never overwrites vanilla files (only virtually at run time). While I hate to say it a complete reinstall of Skyrim might be your fastest and best solution at this point, unless someone comes up with a magic bullet for your problem.

yep i still use NMM because i already get used to it for a long time. i still don't have any idea on MO. if no answer i'll try to re-install skyrim and try to import my mods to MO and learn the basics

for the meantime i'll try to wait maybe there's still answer

MO has nothing to do with this problem and frankly it's really annoying keep seeing "just use MO" whenever someone is looking for help.  Any edit that affects in game text will need to be activated by a plug-in.  Whether it's MO, NMM, manual, doesn't matter.

@cadegeo

When you said you tried to uninstall the mod but failed, what did you mean by that?

Use Tes5edit to open the esp and look at stuff where you find the replaced text.  If it's NPC, look at NPC at the left panel, or Cell, etc etc.  At the right panel for that particular NPC/cell/weapon/etc you'll see the author's edits.  Just scroll down the right and see if the problematic text appears.  You'll need to do this for every esp in suspect.

EDIT:

I am not certain but it might be possible some script could leave that in your save file.  So if everything fails, uninstall those mods (NMM is perfectly fine, I use it and able to fix the language character problem without problem) and start a new game.

Looking at your attached pic (duh, should've check that first :dodgy: ), it's 99% likely from a non-English follower mod with Nord race in its original language.  Uninstall the mod and you will be fine (or you can use Tes5edit to fix it).  It's a common problem.

you're right it was actually a follower mod named "Luthwen-The elf follower from middle earth"

i actually didn't suspect that this mod would be the suspected mod because i downloaded it on nexus not on foreign sites
