Female on Female necrophilia CTD

I've been trying to fix this for a while with no real luck so I decided to post here. Whenever I try the necrophilia option as a female on another female my game will CTD about 50% of the time, If it starts with a missionary strap-on position it won't CTD but if I press K (0 by default I changed it because it was conflicting) to change the animation it will CTD other times it will just CTD after they strip. I've tried a clean install with no luck and disabling the animations in the options menu but it still happens. Anything you know would be a great help load order is
