Occasional Crash Upon Killing Enemy

This has been an ongoing issue for a while now but I just ignored it, probably shouldn't have done that. Sometimes when inside a cell (never in the gameworld) after killing an enemy the game will CTD. No popups, no errors, just a crash to desktop. I tried different tests. Usually when there's a group of several enemies it doesn't crash until the last one killed. Other times that has been false though. I usually got by using the command "kill" and it wouldn't crash. Recently that has also been proved false, as it can sometimes still crash when I use the kill command. The only method that seems to be foolproof is quicksaving while the enemy is dying, allowing it to crash and then loading the game back up. The enemy will be dead and it won't crash until you try to kill something again.
