Lovers with PK AIO- Game Lockup

Hello

 

I recently reinstalled LoversPk, and am having some issues. Particularly, I have the AIO edition and I can start Oblivion just fine, and load up a game, and I get the message

Lovers expanded system (lovers with pk.esp) has be updated overwritten. When malfunction occursulovers v1.4_trouble FAQ.txt...

 

It has a bit more but the thing is the game is still running fine until I press 'OK' at the bottom. At this point it doesn't CTD, but rather just locks up. I can hear the music and it never actually crashes, but is just frozen. I've included my load order below. I have very few other mods running besides this one. I am also running OBSE v0020, Pluggy 1.25, and Elys Silent Voice plugin.

 

This load order was made from the masterlist on the Lovers PK AIO post.

I get a similar result when I try to simply install the base Lovers PK mod, so I figure I'm missing something, any thoughts?

Hey Bear, welcome to the forum

 

1. As Prophour stated move DMHHHarmor.esp up above your lovers mods.

 

2. As per the directions for MBP merge all but Beautiful People 2ch-Ed MS Elves - NoSc.esp into your bashed patch and disable the rest of the MBP esp's.

 

3. As per the directions for the AIO merge LoversCreature_SexualOrgans.esp

LoversCreature_SexualOrgans_Dogs.esp into your bashed patch and disable them.

 

4. Disable lovers rape struggle and lovers with pk extender to see if you can get the rest of the lovers files to work properly. Extender and rape struggle are VERY complicated mods so get everything else working before messing with them.

 

5. When you rebuild your bashed patch to merge in items in 2 and 3 make sure other then the lovers mods listed in 3 that all other lovers files are disabled so they don't end up in your bashed patch. If lovers files (other than those two from 3) get into your bashed patch it can completely screw up their scripts!

 

6. Start a new game to test if things work. A clean save may work but sometimes it does fail.

 

7. You may need to upgrade to Pluggy 125c (that is the minumum).

 

8. After doing the above report back if you still have issues and post your revised load order.

I got it working, unfortunately not with my saved game, but took my chances when I reformatted my HDD. But, it is working with a new game so I'll take it!

 

Just somewhat unrelated, I seem to be having issues with:

 

20_motion

90_motion

 

In the ini folder. Though I sort of solved it by deleting them (I get an brief error message when animations are starting, bu tonly one). But the issue is that it only plays those two animations when they exist, and nothing else.

BearArms, what are you doing when they play...are you getting raped or is it casual sex? What are those motions (describe them if you would).

 

If you still have rape struggle enabled then that is what those motions could be.

 

If you still have pkextender installed then that could be the kissing part that you have to hit a key to go beyond.

 

If you still have both of those mods enabled then you really need to go to the downloads page for each mod (not the AIO page but the individual download page for them) and read the 1st post of each of those mods to understand how to use them properly. As I said before they are quite complicated to setup and get working!
