looking for a suggestions for a home mod

I recently installed Spouses Enhanced which drove my desire to find a home to use as the location for the master bed used in that mod. This proved to be more difficult than I first anticipated, so I'm hoping I can get some suggestions from you guys for homes which meet certain criteria:

 

Views: Preferably located at/near/next to waterfalls, or perched high enough to get a scenic view of a large amount of landscape. I have SFO/Enhanced Landscapes with SRO and a whole bunch of texture mods installed, so a view from the home is very important. Having a balcony or some sort of extended deck which is accessed from within the house will be a huge bonus. 

 

Pools: preferably indoor, but close outdoor is alright also. I use Frostfall so outside pools are less desirable because I can freeze to death out there.

 

Size: small to medium is ideal. I do not really want a large mansion with more mannequins than actual people living there. Interiors with cozy or dark lighting are preferable. 

 

Bed: This is huge, and it's the biggest unforeseen problem. The main problem is a lot of home mods like to use this bed in their master bedrooms:

 

 

This is a huge problem. I'm mainly using the home mod for its crafting facilities, the enchanting table, and the master bed for Spouses Enhanced. This bed causes all kinds of problems with sexlab animation alignment, and half of the time I get stuck inside of the bed after an animation finishes. I found many many home mods which matched the previous criteria, but I couldn't use them because they used this bed.

Look for one small mod called. You find it here at Sexlab. For your bed.

SexLab Compatible Noble Bed Double 02 v1.1 No Beams

That fix will fix all your master beds. Not in all house mods sadly.

 

There are so many homes that will work fine for you if you head over to Nexus for them.

 

You have one small list here if you have Heartfire DLC I recommend you install this mod.

I did not know there's already a fix for the bed. 

 

This opens so many options for me tyvm lololol. I have been watching youtube videos of house mods for a couple of days now, only to find that bed used in them.

Normal when you make one house you use the assets from CK.

This issue have been addressed since several of years.
