Blank Female Body Textures?

So I've got this bug that makes the body textures of my female character sort of disappear, but the colours stay the same, when I first load up a save. At least until I equip and unequip some armor. This returns the textures to normal. But its just really annoying to have to do that every time i load up a game. The textures are featureless, but still the right skin tone.

 

I currently have a CBBE Bodyslide built morph body and no female re-textures so far as I can remember. If you have any idea what would be the cause of this, I'd love to hear it.

I have the same problem with some boots and the clams of skyrim vagina textures. nobody seems to know what the issue is
