Need a little help

NMM messed up while doing an update and I had to re install all my mods and I cant seem to get it running right. Ive used loot and ive ran the patch and still nothing.

So what is "not running right"? We need a bit more detail here, like specific questions.

 

I would've suggested just switching to Mod Organizer, though. Since you were reinstalling everything anyway. Then you'd most likely have your answer right there and wouldn't have made a post here asking for help. MO shows issues in an easy to read format and makes fixing them as simple as dragging and dropping mods/files into a new order.

I'm going to be honest, everyone recommends LOOT but I couldn't figure out how to use it. I organize everything through the Nexus Mod Manager and I haven't had an unresolvable issue yet, with load order. 

 

You definitely need to be more specific as to what "isn't working right," though.

1. Does your game crash before giving you the option to load, continue, save, etc...?
2. Does your game crash during the loading of your save file? If so, do you click "Continue" or "Load" to get there?
3. Does your game freeze at a certain point in time? If so, describe what you are doing in game at the time of the freeze. 
4. Does your game blackscreen?
5. Is there some sort of texture-based issue?
6. Is there another issue altogether?

When starting a game once you get to helgen either I don't get off the wagon, if I get off the wagon I never get to make the character or it get to where you are standing in front of the executioner and that's as far as it goes. It's never very consistent and it takes for ever to get through the beginning.

The beginning can bug out if you are using certain mods. The best thing is to avoid the beginning altogether, it's so long and tedious after you've already played through it more than a couple times. Most people use "Alternate Start, Live Another Life" and this allows for several new starting options and no BS carriage ride.

It doesn't crash just will not continue. I downloaded mo and it started running fine thanks
