[Request] Gags without conversation changes.

As said in the title, I'd like to request a cheap workaround or script or anything really that will allow me to equip gags without the need to go through annoying conversations of 'mmpph' etc over and over.

 

Maybe someone already knows how and could just give me some pointers to doing this myself?
