Devious device - More devious quest alternatives?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew some good mods that make the lives of highly aroused characters difficult. In particular i'm looking for an alternative to Devious device - More devious quest's amazing slut madness mechanic, which makes it so that over a certain configurable threshold, the player would auto seek out relief from those around, accompanied by some humiliating diagloue.

 

"I can't take it anymore, please will you *** me?!"

 

"Huehuehuhehueue, no struggle some more lolololol"

 

Something like that. A bit like the bimbo option for sexlab hormones, but one that doesn't take over the other conversation options.
