Hayato -q Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 well these days walked in stirring up my back and I ended up finding an old save my in Skyrim mods no coincidence I can direct play on it ? or I have to play a save from the beginning ? thanks for listening
Deemer Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 If you modded the original save and have added/removed mods since then you really should start a new game. If your game even loads it might break very soon depending on the mods you originally had. If it was only a few lightweight mods you could try a savegame cleaner to remove any "leftovers" after the old mods.
Hayato -q Posted October 4, 2015 Author Posted October 4, 2015 I think you misunderstand the save contains no mod was while playing skyrim vanillla
gregathit Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 Dude, without telling us "what" you have installed mod wise, we can't possibly begin to answer your question. If you have installed a bunch of mods, and if there are any overhauls among them, then it might be wise to start a new game. Especially since you haven't stated how far into the vanilla game your save is, which can impact things depending on if the mods you have installed have quests (that work off of vanilla) or use vanilla NPC's (that may now be dead).
