whopoopedinmypizza Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 I used a body replacer and customized my character's body, but the replacer didn't use my "in-game" slider-changed body for NPC's. What files do i need to move to fix it?

What files do i need to move to fix it? [/quote'] Which body replacer did you use exactly? In-game NPCs have differing weights, which governs how thin or thick their bodies look like. The weight slider upon character creation applies to your character only. If you installed the body replacer's files in these folders, they will also apply to NPCs: Female textures (.dds files): Data\textures\actors\character\female\ Male/Female Meshes (.nif files): Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets\
whopoopedinmypizza Posted April 15, 2012 Author Posted April 15, 2012 I used: CHSBHC - BBP - Nude and Jiggly Mod Calientes Female Body Mod Big Bottom Edition -CBBE
BSnake Posted April 15, 2012 Posted April 15, 2012 I used: CHSBHC - BBP - Nude and Jiggly Mod Calientes Female Body Mod Big Bottom Edition -CBBE Alright, well, in order to change an NPC's weight, you need to open up the console, click the NPC so that its code appears, and type the following command: snpcw <0-100>. Use any number between 0 and 100 to reflect the weight slider. For example: snpcw 100 (for full weight). You have to use this command on each and every NPC you want, though. Again, the weight slider upon character creation applies to your character only and NPCs have separate weights in-game until you change them.
whopoopedinmypizza Posted April 21, 2012 Author Posted April 21, 2012 What about before beginning a game? I re-started and the same thing happened. I think one of the clothing mods changes the setting when i installed/updated during play. Thanks For the assistance and code!
zz2tommy Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 What about before beginning a game? I re-started and the same thing happened. I think one of the clothing mods changes the setting when i installed/updated during play. Thanks For the assistance and code! As mentioned earlier' date=' each npc has a predetermined bodyweight; to change them you have to use the setnpcweight code upon seeing/meeting any npc. Another method is to use NPC Editor on Nexus which can alter pretty much anything about any npc, but in my experience you should only load the esp files newly created from NPCEditor after you start a new game (aka don't begin a new game with the esps checked) because for some reason they turn aggressive to other npcs for no reason. I'm not experienced with the creation kit but I'm pretty sure that is another way to change npc parameters. Another way is to take either femalebody_0.nif, copy it, and rename it to femalebody_1.nif to replace the original _1 file. This way all bodies in game will have 0 body weight. Do the reverse if you use 100, but there is no in between. I used a body replacer and customized my character's body, but the replacer didn't use my "in-game" slider-changed body for NPC's. What files do i need to move to fix it? There are no files to move per se as both your character and other female npcs all use the same body mesh file. That is why you need to do either the console methods or the others I mentioned.
