Does this adjustment only work on BBP enabled armor?

 

I'm using this armor set: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16050

 

Nothing I do changes the armor, but you can see the changes when the character is naked.

No, editing your skeleton (make sure it is skeleton_female) will affect everything, including armors and it does not matter whether it is TBBP or BBP. Try Racemod on the nexus if you are not sure how to edit the scale of the bones (or PM me for instructions). Some armors might not work though, but I don't know which ones because I use mostly the big breast mods so anything like UNB is too small. It might need to be bodyslide compatible to work (basically if the size changes with the weight scale, then it will work).

The nipple is the main part, make that and you are golden. I don't think it can be done with bodyslide though someones gotta custom make this baby. Too bad the original megaoppai was Korean made (I think?) so it could be a long long time before we see anything.
