Modproblem: Matera Race mage Follower

Hi,

 

I hope I'm right here.

I've got an problem with creating a follower with the Matera Race from Nexus.

I made the .esp file into an .esm with the TESVsnip tool and loaded it in the ck.

But when I want to create a npc I've got one problem:

I can not change Hair, eyes etc.

Have I done somethin wrong or did I miss something to do?

Because creating a npc with vanilla races is without troubles.

I hope someone knows the answer. I'm quite hopless now.
