MBIceone Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 I finally decided to try and complete a legitimate play-through of Skyrim with the added challenge of mods like Defeat and Cursed Loot, but when I go to master the thum I whined up sending the Greybeards into agro when I try to charge my shouts. As soon as I shout at the target I get gang banged by the lot of them. This has lead to both game crashes and immersion breaks. I've already turned off SD and have marked the PC as unable to be assaulted through defeat, but it keeps happening. Any ideas?
Lantera Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 I've had this happen once, I think it had something to do with a mod resetting all factions the player is a part of. I got past it by adding myself to the Greybeards faction through console: type 'player.addfac 0002c6c8 1' without the ''s. This should stop them from attacking you while you use your shouts on them. To make sure you're not causing any other problems down the line by doing this, reverse the action by typing 'player.addfac 0002c6c8 0' when you're done with this part of the quest line. Good luck!
