[Help] Remove mod dialogue?

Hello

 

I installed a couple of mods that essentially do the same thing (some prositution and sex mods), each haveing some unique content, but it makes everyone in Skyrim have at least 3 additional dialogue lines for sex and things. Is there a way to remove a certain dialogue option without removing the mod that uses it? If also possible through some kind of editing in CK, restrict some of the dialogue to only males/females?

You can do that in Player/Misc/etc dialogue tab in the corresponding Quest

Male/female can be restricted by adding a condition
