HDT Breast and Butt physics

So I have a problem with HDT Physics for the butt and boobs, THE BUTT IS SOLID.

In game I am able to do everything waist up but my characters butt is not jiggling more or so even able to be scaled. 

I am using NMM, FNIS, LOOT. I have looked around but it seems no one has this problem, I have also tried starting new game and resting all mod settings. I have went through a lot of mods so I might have did some installation order wrong. 

Can anyone help... I would really enjoy some butt physics ._.

What do you mean? 

 

Kina new, so it really confuses me when it comes to the skeleton, skin, mesh, etc.

You need a body replacer that is compatible with HDT like these:

So I should remove the "SeveNBase a custom FemaleBodyReplacer" Right? or what should I be removing to replace?

does that mod go hand to hand with his one? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54044/?

Like should it be with it or should i replace the old one for that one? Or over white it with the old?

 

I managed to get http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54044/?working by replacing the old skeleton and body mods I was using.

The one I linked, as far as I can tell is about a year newer/more up to date? And it has great instructions and quite alot of options on downloads, including special texture support for the most up to date HDT stuff.

took me over a week just to get my hdt to work so yea maybe i can help
