Farkas is bugged, no training options

Farkas seems to be broken. I'm not getting any dialogue for training with him. I had another playthrough a couple weeks ago where this happened and he was also bugged during the quest where he turns into a werewolf. He kept attacking the Silver Hand early and I had to use the console to stop that. He also went hostile to me at one point because I accidentally hit him while he was following, which I'm fairly sure he's not supposed to do.

I'm on a new character now and I haven't gotten to that part yet, but I'm betting he'll be broken again when I get there.

As a test, I disabled every plugin except Dawnguard and reloaded and that didn't help anything. Then I tried a brand new character with everything still disabled and his dialogue is fine, so it's definitely a mod breaking him. Before I spend an entire night selectively disabling 90 plugins to figure out the culprit, does anyone have any ideas?
