Advint Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 I've had this issue before and never quite resolved it. With all the devious devices assets and integration installed the devices still do not appear on actors. I am using Mod organizer which shouldn't cause the issue but who knows.Heres the load order: plugins.txt
Veladarius Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 Question: 1- Do the MCM Menu's for Devious Devices and ZAZ Animation work properly? 2- When you equip an item do you get the notification that it has been locked on you? 3- Do the items have to be unlocked to be removed?
Advint Posted September 11, 2015 Author Posted September 11, 2015 Question: 1- Do the MCM Menu's for Devious Devices and ZAZ Animation work properly? 2- When you equip an item do you get the notification that it has been locked on you? 3- Do the items have to be unlocked to be removed? Yes on all three counts. The integration esm seems to recognize they exist and have full functionality. Thanks for the reply by the way.
Veladarius Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 Then the scripted part works as it should so the issue is likely with the meshes and textures. What mod manager do you use and do you use any of the bodyslide meshes?

What mod manager do you use and do you use any of the bodyslide meshes? Mod Organizer CBBE Curvy, xpms32 extended, hdt is enabled so I guess the body is modified for that. Ive reinstalled DDa a few times to no avail via the FOMOD installer. I'm thinking I should attempt a manual install. Manual install did nothing to resolve my issue.
Veladarius Posted September 11, 2015 Posted September 11, 2015 I have no clues on Mod Organizer, I don't use it but the issue likely is with it. I do know that there are multiple folders for the meshes depending on what body you are using.

If so just redownload them again to see if it works.

Looking through the file explorer, all the nifs and textures appear to be there and intact. Sepuku is my next obvious step. Although I'm all ears. Note: I tried running devious devices with the absolute minimum mods required to run it. Didn't help.
Advint Posted September 12, 2015 Author Posted September 12, 2015 I got tired of having this issue while using mod organizer, so I simply installed the assets directly into the game folder. This solves the issue and since the assets have nothing they require on their own it shouldn't be an issue for any other profiles I might use. While I'm marking this solved, if you have an idea for how to get it to work in MO, I'll take it.
