Salvaging inventory list from savegame

Basically what the title says. 

 

Is there any way to salvage what items a previous save game had, I have the file but cannot open due to script corruption. (It's an absolute cluster fuck time sink to fix). 

 

Would rather start fresh .

 

However is there a way to get an item list directly from the save game file at all?

 

Or am I kind of fucked?

Small question: why inventory? And have you tried running a save game cleaner such as Save Tool to remove old scripts if you removed mods mid play?

Tried this. Still left scripts. 

 

I ended up manually tearing apart the save, bit by bit in the save editor. 

 

I managed to boot it up barebones with only item scripts/mods installed. Got it from there, only took me 8 hours lmao.
