need help creating followers

I come here on occasion because sexlab.esm has a better "click people in console for information" interface than the mfg console mod, because clothes I find here tend to be sexier (sometimes) than at the Nexus, and users aren't banned with tigers set on them for awesome mods. I also don't find obnoxious "this file has been hidden" messages. But mostly, the Nexus forum ignores the living hell out of me. It's really becoming obnoxious. Maybe I type too much?

So with that out of the way and spoilered since nobody cares, I need your help if you've ever made:

A. Custom eyes as replacers for the vanilla eyes

B. Followers

C. Added spells to an NPC through the Creation Kit FROM a mod that adds spells

D. Ever put clothes from a clothing mod ONTO an NPC INSIDE the Creation Kit

E. Or shared NPC aesthetic appearance mods

For my followers I just made, I only just figured out how to change their makeup without the forehead color bug.

The next problems I'm having are the following:

1. I convert .dds to .jpg and create some eyes, then convert back again (Gimp) WITH instructions on the type from Youtube,

BUT the eyelashes lose their transmap. What that means is that black squares jut out of anyone's faces who use the eyes.

Solutions??

2. One of my followers, I taught them a ton of spells using the Apocalypse Spell package and Lost Grimoire mods.

(Using Extensible Follower Framework in game, not through the Creation Kit yet)

She's intended to be a master sorceress. A second follower doesn't need any spells, but a third follower is a fire mage.

How do I sort through the codeword confusion that is the magic entry in the Creation Kit? I don't even need any vanilla spells on them.

3. When I tick the .esp for the particular clothes I want on the NPC along with my new followers .esp, because I intend to ask the mod author before sharing if I can use those clothes, I simply can't find the custom clothes in the "outfits" section of the Creation Kit to add as their default outfit. It's those blasted confusing codewords again! A little help here?

4. This might seem like a dumb question to you, but how exactly do I share them? People need the required mods, yes? The skin textures mods, I think? And the required hair? But do they really need the same body type I use, UNP? Perhaps I need to share the exact facegendata facegeometry .nif files and the facegendata facetint .dds files? Is there anything else?

If you need any information on what mods I'm using so you can further assist, feel free to ask specifically. I'll be happy to tell you.

Well, that was just lazy.

I'm reading over it, and even in the replies it says there's nothing on eyes.

Amazing, it has nothing on spells from other mods!

What's that, nothing about clothes from other mods, just custom armors?

It's like people don't even read posts! Strange, isn't it?

Now if you'll excuse me, I'll just keep searching because the %$^&%^& Nexus and Loverslab don't help.
