How do I add "spoiler" photos to my signature?

How do i add photos to my signature that are hidden by a "spoiler" icon that you have to click on to view?

Just type something like this:

This is visible.
[spoiler]
This is inside the spoiler button
[/spoiler]

Result:

Rule 4 is where you find the info on what is allowed for signatures.  Use of spoilers isn't a way around that rule.
