no animations are working

Last night i re-installed skyrim and installed a fresh batch of mods.

But, when i start the game no animations what so ever, not even vanilla ones, i de-installd all mods regarding animations, but to no avail :/

The onlything diffrent  about this re-install is that i tried an enb preset, and it seems to work great, i cant understand how an enb could have done this.

Tried reinstalling xpms.

Have run FNIS after install.

Any pointers?

We have no idea what method you used to install mods or what you've got installed. Need more info, my man.

Sorry bout that :)

The mods i have installed are.

Armour and weapon mods: none that require hddt or anything like that.

XPMS skeleton  and Fnis.

Skse

Character creation overhaul and character creation mods like hair, body and face modells.

Insomnia ENB preset. Modified enblocal.ini after guide on enb page and skyrimprefs.ini after modpage on nexus.

 Summer skyrim, visual changes only.

Wryebash shows no conflicts.

All mods and tools are updated to latest.

I installed all mods manualy, no modorganiser were used.

hope this is enough, i really dont want to spend another night instaling and modding skyrim :)

edit. forgot to mention. The characters are just standing with their arms at their sides, nothing on body moves, it kinda looks like he wants to give someone a hug :/

That's the classic T-pose. It's usually caused by not running FNIS_for_users or having FNIS installed improperly (or overwritten, which is highly possible when manually installing mods). Maybe even a version of SKSE that's too old for FNIS?

If you're running the newest skeleton and an appropriate body type then I would have to suspect something wrong with FNIS. Maybe check the Nexus page and see if there are issues with the newest version?

Its not the T-pose, i´ve had that before, the arms are at his sides, and not pinting out like a cross as in the t-pose. i cant even move the face in character creation.

yes all mods and tools installed are upp to date.

bump because I have the same issue.

Updated Sexlab through MO and ran FNIS v5.4.2. The MCM menu works fine but lists 0 animations in the "toggle animations" field.

Oh damn.

This is one reason I don't generally update anything when I have saves I want to run.

In my case, that would not have helped, since i have new saves and still this weird problem, i dont understand what can cause this with no animation mods installed... :(
