Constant Freezing

This is really bugging me for a long while now. My game would constantly freeze after a certain amount of play time. It's like a timer, no matter what I do, the game will just suddenly decided to freeze after about 5 minutes of gameplay. The freezing is actually most apparent when a spell is cast or an attack is performed, but I did have instances where just standing around would freeze the game.

 

I have updated all drivers and directx to latest version, I have a gtx 560 and an i7 2730 core, so there should be absolutely no reason why my comp can't handle this game. At first I thought it might be a RAM or memory issue and I did have quite a bit of high res texture installed, but even after removing said mods, my game still freeze constantly. RE-installing the game does not help one bit. I'm starting to think it might be a mod, such as war in skyrim and such, but nope, disabled them, start new game, and it still freeze after a while. I am seriously running out of idea.

 

Also I did try the enbpatch that's supposedly be Antifreeze - doesn't really help

Move all meshes, sounds and texture folders out of your skyrim data folder when you disable all your mods. THEN start a new game and see if it happens.
