Question - Scaling Collision for HDT-PE?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I figured I might give it a go.

 

Would it be possible to have models setup in such a way for collision (with HDT-PE), to collide properly with scaling of body parts (such as those of UUNP and/or RaceMenu Scaling)?

 

Lets say I have something simple, like the vanilla Iron Armor and have setup the skirt to 'collide' with the legs, and I'm using a body like UNP, but with different scales (larger thighs for example through RaceMenu, Morphs, etc), would this be feasible? Would the collider scale with the bone, etc?

 

Reason I'm asking is because between the weird performance issues, lack of updated documents to western language, non-wig hair and slow updates of HDT-SMP, and with FO4 around the corner, I figured if such a thing was possible, might as well get to it before interest is dropped all together.

Yes, scale bone = scales collision capsule* and versa but if flags are assgn to every bone they will try to collapse with each other.Bad side that colls cant be 100% legit on bone params.They either smaller or bigger when exporting it xml.
