Yep, another thread about that. Here's what the papyrus log says:

Do you have an enb installed? if you do delte D3d9.dll and use the injector.

Nope :/ . It's a fresh install of skyrim, since I had a crap ton of mods, so I deleted everything (game folder, mods...) and reinstalled.

Just found the problem. It was PatchusMaximus.esp. How can I have it activated without it crashing my game?

Don't you have to rebuild the patch when you install or remove a new mod?
