Running enboost with hialgo

Hey  

I have a low/med end computer(2 gig vram,8gig ram and core2 quad processor) AND I use mostly 1k texture mods except for the small clutter which is 2k, the rest pf my mods aren't performance heavy 

basically i rely on Hialgo boost to "smooth-en" my gaming experience since without it the fps is shitty as hell (15 to 25)

But lately I've been having crazy CTDs (like every 5 min) so i had to install Enboost which fixed it instantly.

My question is : Is there a way to run BOTH enboost and Hialgo , because i can't figure it out.
