Schlongless NPCs of Skyrim

I was having some trouble getting the Schlongs of Skyrim to work but after removing a different mod that changed the skeleton I got my own schlong to show up! The problem is now I don't have the menu option to set schlongs for npcs so I'm the only one in Skyrim  with a schlong. I searched google and I couldn't find any solutions for it, so I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with this? Here is my load order if it'll help you find a solution to my problem:

If that's your load order, you are going to have a lot more problems than SOS.  Do yourself a favor and download LOOT and run it to set a good baseline mod order.  Search Nexus or Google it.  Also suggest getting the Unofficial Patches from Nexus (for Skyrim, Dawnguard, Dragonborn, Heartfire, and the HiRes).  You can also download them from other sites (again, Google is your friend).

 

 

As far as specific SOS issues, there is a reset in the MCM for SOS.  Try that.

I've downloaded LOOT and the unofficial patches, but I'm still the only person with a schlong. I've tried using google, but nobody else seemed to have a similar problem. I've restarted SOS through MCM before, but it didn't do anything and now after downloading the patches it won't let me use the restart option anymore.

 

Edit: After looking around I think it has to do with the spells, in the internal information it shows PC Spells as false, but I'm not sure how to go about correcting this
