Random freezing for about 1-2 sec

As told in the title i experience random freezing for about 1 or 2 secs.After the defreezing i am able to continue playing without any problems (no fps drop or anything weather indoors or outdoors).Actually i do not have fps drops prior to freezing.I play nicely and then...freezing for about 1-2 secs.I have a good laptop that runs the game nicely and heavily modded (hd textures,enb series enchancing graphics mod and other stuff).I did fresh installation but nothing...I disabled all my esm's and esp's but nothing,i turned off the hd textures and enb but nothing again.I also tried using different bethestha upodates but no luck:s.Any suggestions?

have you tried texture optimizer program yet ?

when im in a menu

my mouse will stop and go, stop and go, stop and go

a few times (i think its pretty common)

 

whats the last time you defraged your harddrive?

hows your harddrive speed, loading textures will cause a short freeze

Playing on a lap top? Sounds like low frame rate issues to me.

 

NEEDS MOAR RAM.

I did a defragment last week and my ram is 8 gb ddr3 at 1600 Mhz.I think it's rather substancial!As for the texture optimizer utility,no i was not aware of it yet. I'll give it a try and i'll come back at you.

The other issues could be your GPU, hard drive capacity and/or CPU. Laptops typically have lower end graphics cards, smaller (slower) hard drives and some have lower end CPU's as well. While you have plenty of RAM it could be factor of one of the other components being the bottle neck.

how is your GPU memory ?

Thank you all for teh info.I did again a fresh installation and started the game from the begining (erased all my saves) and the problem disappeared!
