More Cartoon/anime like skyrim?

Yeah I thought realality game quality is hard, but more cartoon/anime should be easier.

 

So an enb or sweetfx that make the game look like something like this.

But unfortunately, the guy that posts these pictures has not released the anime-like textures   

 

i find too this type of carácter in skyrim.
