Collision glitch when sprinting on inclining surfaces

I haven't been playing Skyrim for a while, only updating mods now and then; stuff like USKP, FNIS, RaceMenu, some SexLab stuff and I forget what else.

Anyway, ran around for a bit recently and noticed something unusual. Everything seems normal enough in first person. When I switch to third person and start ascending a set of stairs or a hill in sprint-mode, I clip an inch or two into the floor plane and the camera seems to have problems deciding if it should zoom in or zoom out. Running up the same surfaces or walking, looks fine. Mesh folder hasn't been touched that I know.

Any ideas?

I believe it's a Havok problem (maybe). I have an issue in first person when sprinting up a set of sharply inclined stairs, such as those in Breezehome, or the Riverwood Trader, etcetera, where I'll clip through the stairs halfway through.

I don't clip through terrain when sprinting up a hill, but I do get a juddering camera in third person mode. It gets worse when using the sneak skill's roll-sprint to get around in third person mode.

I don't remember it happening in the vanilla game, but it happens all the time in modded Skyrim - it might be the fault of any one of a number of mods that add spells that increase movement speed, or mods that alter base movement speed, that kind of thing - much like increasing movement speed seems to bug out the carriage ride when starting the game.
