jealous lover mod?... request or help

It bothers me that there are no negative effects for cheating on your lover in Skyrim, and I would seek to add that element to the game.   I wish to know if such a mod exists, or if it could be made. My idea is this, using  timers such as the arousal level timer, could you have a mod that would, after you have sex with a named npc, it would start a timer. ( let's call it  a 'love' timer), that would increase at a default rate, and upon each  sex act with that npc, have a multiplier. when at 100, they are totally in love with you. Say that then, you have sex with another npc, there would be a  25% chance that your previous lover would get a 'rumor ' of that fact, which would trigger another timer in them, ( a 'Jealousy' timer), and also a love timer in the second lover. Each time there is a sex act with that npc, the chances of the first lover hearing another rumor, increase, multiplying the rate at which the jealousy timer increases . When the jealousy timer hits above 80, if you go back and they 'see' you, they will confront you. You could use Speech to try to try to calm them, but, they may attack you, (Brawl) at 100, they will automatically Brawl you. If you win, they may leave you for good, ( trigger the levelled hired thugs down the road...). Or, they may beg you to take them back, triggering stage 2. if they beat you, you could walk, leaving part of your gold, or beg them to take you back, also triggering stage 2...

   Either way that you get back with them, it must be consummated, sending a potential rumor to any other lovers you have had..... heh heh heh

Stage 2 would restart the love timer, but it would increase at a slower rate, and, if you cheat again, the jealousy timer would increase faster, and the chances of rumors getting back to them are higher. If it gets to 100 again, they come looking for you and /or your lover. If they find you 'together', they will automatically try to kill you and or your lover, if they find just your lover, it may cut-scene to them fighting, and whichever one dies, the other now is a murderer. Or, they may not fight, and decide instead to come and kill you, in which case you must kill them both, or force you to choose which one to get back with, and kill the other... becoming a murderer yourself ,(bounty) Also, there could be jealous spouses sending hired thugs after you, or coming to kill you themselves if you're cheating with somebody's spouse.... a very tangled web could indeed be woven. Could this be done, I know zero of modding, so, where would I even start?
