duderface900 Posted July 26, 2015 Posted July 26, 2015 Hi guys, I'm trying to merge a few simple, scriptless follower addons but am getting purple faces/hair. I've looked around on the forums for some help but have had no success. Here's what I'm doing: Merge with TESVedit merge script 1.9.5 verify that facetint and facegeom data are correctly placed in the merger.esp folder open creation kit and do the ctrl f4 thing that is used to fix grey face move individual addon esps to optional Am I missing something?
JRCosta Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 Purple meshes means missing textures; did you create new meshes/textures folders for the merged followers or just merged the .esp files and deleted the original mods?
duderface900 Posted July 29, 2015 Author Posted July 29, 2015 Merged esps, disabled the original esps (but kept the mod). I fooled around with it and found that post merge, if I actually uncheck the mods in MO, then my merged esp works just fine.
Clandebouyekid Posted July 29, 2015 Posted July 29, 2015 Been trying to do the same thing, have the merged file working but getting the purple meshes for hair and eyebrows and the facetint/geom being all wrong and not looking like the follower should. How did you eventually get it to work duderface900?
