Use Verify Integrity of game caches" it should start then. You likely have a corrupted master file. If it don't start you have something wring with the windows files of your OS that this game relies on. (much hard and much less likely the issue provided you are using Win7, 8, 8.1). If you are using Windows 10 and recent updated it has been stated by one of our members here that it will cause CTD. No external confirmation but something to check if you are using Win10.
Snoopy911 Posted July 25, 2015 Author Posted July 25, 2015 I tried verify game cache several times, also did a complete reinstall 5 times now and the crash won't go away even on the fresh install without mods. I also deleted all files left in the documents folder and steam folder before reinstalling. It run fine before and the problem started when installing two new sexout mods but i think i got rid of those completely. About a possible windows problem, i can load old games i only crash when starting a new one. Tried disabling the intro video hmmm typing this part it may be a codec problem. I will check this next.

Just because older games are working that means nothing. If you are using a valid non pirated game and have installed (perhaps even a fresh download) and it still don't work.. Something is missing and likely something is wrong with your windows install.
