First Person One-Hand Animation = Dual Wield Animation?

i wasn't sure if should post this in the Non-Adult section or here.. so i apologize in advance if i've chosen the wrong sub-forum.
Anyway..
 
I'm "redoing" my whole Skyrim atm, since i bought a SSD for it recently.
Currently i'm installing animation mods and while testing if everything is working as intended i noticed that if i draw only 1x 1hd weapon, it looks like my character is using the animation for dual wield in 1st person (maybe also 3rd person, not sure).
 
Is this normal (vanilla) or did i maybe mess something up?

And if this is normal, is there some kind of replacer or fix for it? It's really annoying, imo.

Also.. on a side-note. I don't seem to find any good sprinting animation for females. :/ I'm using 7base(which comes with animations) and i don't really like how she nearly dislocates her arms when running or sprinting.
