RedMonika Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 This is the Winking Skeever. Has anyone seen this with ELFX? Disabling the mod fixes the wall.
Anatriax Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 I've encountered numerous bugs with ELFX and with RLO. I haven't encountered near the number of bugs with Relighting Skyrim.
RedMonika Posted July 20, 2015 Author Posted July 20, 2015 The problem is that I really like a dark ambient atmosphere. I've tried Relighting Skyrim but it's just too damn bright for my taste - I know it just fixes vanilla issues. I do have the in game brightness all the way down.
Anatriax Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 What ENB are you running? that has a large effect, too.Also climate mods can have effects on lighting. You can play with the values in this section in enbseries.ini once switching to Relighting Skyrim to get the atmosphere you want AmbientLightingIntensitySunrise=1.25 AmbientLightingIntensityDay=1.5 AmbientLightingIntensitySunset=1.25 AmbientLightingIntensityNight=1.0 AmbientLightingIntensityInteriorDay=1.0 AmbientLightingIntensityInteriorNight=1.0 AmbientLightingCurveSunrise=0.5 AmbientLightingCurveDay=0.0 AmbientLightingCurveSunset=0.5 AmbientLightingCurveNight=1.0 AmbientLightingCurveInteriorDay=1.0 AmbientLightingCurveInteriorNight=1.0 AmbientLightingDesaturationSunrise=0.125 AmbientLightingDesaturationDay=0.0 AmbientLightingDesaturationSunset=0.125 AmbientLightingDesaturationNight=0.25 AmbientLightingDesaturationInteriorDay=0.25 AmbientLightingDesaturationInteriorNight=0.25 Also to adjust the direct lighting (Torches and candles and such) IgnoreWeatherSystem=false DirectLightingIntensitySunrise=1.4 DirectLightingIntensityDay=1.8 DirectLightingIntensitySunset=1.4 DirectLightingIntensityNight=1.0 DirectLightingIntensityInteriorDay=1.8 DirectLightingIntensityInteriorNight=1.0 DirectLightingCurveSunrise=1.0 DirectLightingCurveDay=1.0 DirectLightingCurveSunset=1.0 DirectLightingCurveNight=1.0 DirectLightingCurveInteriorDay=1.25 DirectLightingCurveInteriorNight=1.25 DirectLightingDesaturationSunrise=0.125 DirectLightingDesaturationDay=0.0 DirectLightingDesaturationSunset=0.125 DirectLightingDesaturationNight=0.25 DirectLightingDesaturationInteriorDay=0.125 DirectLightingDesaturationInteriorNight=0.125 Both values are found under the [ENVIRONMENT] header
RedMonika Posted July 20, 2015 Author Posted July 20, 2015 Thanks! Well, I decided to follow your guide for the most part. I reinstalled the game and started from scratch. I'm using Somber Dreams. Everything environmental is off of your guide except for the ENB and lighting just from personal taste. I think I fixed it though. Installed ELFX, disabling the add ons, starting the game and then enabling the enhancer, etc. The wall is placed to where it's suppose to be.
RedMonika Posted July 20, 2015 Author Posted July 20, 2015 I found the culprit - Realistic Room Rental ELFX patch. This is for some reason pushing the wall out.
