i can't download spouses enhanced files if its larger than 1mb? always getting internal error, cant find the file? help anyone?

i always get an internal error ... can't find that file when trying to download spouse enhanced files bigger than 1mb so it seems? I tried taking out my antivirus and still didnt help. And i tried to reach the community administrator but nothing comes up? can anyone help me please? thanks.
