Help in getting the right load order

My load order was perfectly fine until I added a new mod (Become a Skooma drug lord). Since my load order is extremely delicate, it took me a long time to perfect the last one. I don't have time to perfect it now . Could anyone help me out?(And just to Clarify, i used LOOT and Wrye bash)

LOOT should've been enough to have a working LO. For anyone to know what manual tweaks to make they'd have to know the requirements of every mod there and what they could overwrite in other mods.

LOOT should've been enough to have a working LO. For anyone to know what manual tweaks to make they'd have to know the requirements of every mod there and what they could overwrite in other mods.

LOOT does not always work as my previous load order(before installing the most recent mod) required me to look through the papyrus log over and over again to look for the issue and manually tweaking the load order. But now, I can't seem to find the problem, and there isn't any conflicting mods which is what bugs me. Haiz.
