Hello narixel.

First of all, use a mod manager (Nexus MM, or Mod Organizer are the two most popular.)

Second, for Sexlab, just download the main file "SexLabFramework-v159c". The other was used to upgrade from a previous version to the latest stable version that is 1.59c.

You need also some other mods that are required for sexlab, like FNIS and a good skeleton (like XPMSE.)

If you use an advanced mod manager (like Mod Organizer) it will also give you warnings about the missing dependencies.

Which mod manager are you using?, as it sounds like you are doing things by hand from your comments, if you are not using one then go for mod organiser, there are several guides in here and various other places about setting it up and using it, this would at least remove your need to re-install skyrim if things go wrong.

No, just the main file.
