silverblaze Posted July 5, 2015 Posted July 5, 2015 Hi guys, so i am trying to use the Nude body (BnBP0B4) item for female and its description was Pip0S Error 26: file not found. My character appears in her default clothes (underwear??) when i use it; and i don't know how to fix it now. I have also tried reinstalling several times and it is still like this. All other mods work perfectly fine except for this problem i have so please tell me how to fix this.
zippy57 Posted July 5, 2015 Posted July 5, 2015 PipOS is not an actual error. It is Fallout's "immersive" method of saying there is no icon defined for that item.

zippy57 Posted July 5, 2015 Posted July 5, 2015 You do not fix PipOS because it is not an error and there is nothing to fix. For the issue with the item not visually equipping, you should check in the thread associated with the plugin that the item in question is from. Double-check that you have installed all listed requirements, and if you have then post your issue in that thread to ensure the mod's author sees it.
