Enemies draw weapons during brawl

Okay I don´t know if it belongs here as I just asume that it is some mod of the adult variation causing this....

 

If I challenge someone to a fight they suddenly draw their weapons and well...you can guess the rest.I already installed the Brawl Bug Patch but it still happens ((Tested with Uthgerd and with Faendal))

*IF* you installed the brawl bug patch after the problem developed, you might need to use a save game cleaner to remove old data from your save that's overriding or corrupting the brawl bug patch.

Well I had it installed before as it is a set requirement for a mod (Vampires Thirst)...I just got to test it because I wanted to recruit Uthgerd into my team...and I have to beat up Faendal for the companions
