REQ Tolkien elves

Is there a mod that makes elves in the game look more lord of the rings like? Or even better adds a new race of elves without altering the existing vanilla races?

 

I wonder why nobody's made a mod like this yet, seeing as the vanilla elven armour looks pretty much identical to the armour elves wore in LOTR.

Haha, Tolkien Elves at Oblivion were one of my fav races, altough they didn't look like the ones from Tolkien and the eyebrows and eyes were TERRIBLE.
