Looking for Player Homes like this.

I'm trying to find good player homes like this with an alchemy and enchanting station that are not in the area of whiterun, riverwood, or falkreath as that's where a good 50% of homes seem to be.

This mod is sadly too dark for me but is basically what i am looking for, out of the city, not gigantic or big, and kind've hidden away yet very nice looking on the inside.

I used this one for a really long time, and loved it. You just go there, build your home as you want it, and have everything you want, and based on your personal preferences (hunter/mage/warrior, thieves guild/companions/werewolfes...).

 

This hjerim overhaul (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57644/?) is cool too if you're a collector. It's located in windhelm. It's huge, well lit and really good looking.
