xbabis Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 So i want to have the BBP animations for boobs and also have 1 handed swords on back but i just cant make it happenim using http://www.nexusmods.../?id=6276&pUp=1for the one handed swords on back, and in the modlist i have HDT and XPMS 2.80 so, when i activate the 1hd swords on back mod, the boobs are bugged, but the sword is on the back, and when i deactivate it the boob bounce works but the sword draws from the standard position
swmas Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 Try saving the game and reloading after you switch weapon position.
Anatriax Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 No need. The new XP32 Extended here on LL covers that (link is in my guide under phase 6).You select the weapon position in Racemenu. No need for an extra mod to place weapons on your back, when the skeleton already does this, AND it's required for HDT bounce and jiggle mods, anywayAlso, if your boobs are bugged, try completely reinstalling your body replacer section (CBBE/UNP, animations, skeleton, all of that) using phase 6 of my guide. If that doesn't fix it, you've most likely gotten your hands on a bad XML file for bounce.Phase 6 of my guide is ALL you need to make these things happen the way you've mentioned... AND have a totally gorgeous woman in the process <3
swmas Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 If he doesn't use the esp from the skeleton he might need that mod. I don't care about weapon placement so I don't use either of them to save some CPU power.
Anatriax Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 If he doesn't use the .esp from the skeleton than a lot of the features that the skeleton uses are going to be disabled, including the Racemenu morphs included in the skeleton. And weapon placement isn't going to affect how hard the system is on your CPU. It's not done with scripting. It's just a mesh that tells the game where the weapon is. So it directs the vanilla placement mesh to a mesh where the weapon is on your back.
swmas Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 I thought the script always checked if you or the npcs have the right skeleton. Even so I really don't care about any of those features and if not using the esp means only one esp less in the load order is still good. You probably hate me by now
Anatriax Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 To each their own. I don't hate anyone. I just know that you're the first person I've ever heard of disabling the .esp from the skeleton. It doesn't affect performance in anyway at all, unless adding it puts you over the (rough) 255 .esp cap. In which case, you should be using xEdit Merge Plugins Script to reduce the amount of plugins you have to stabilize your game anyways.99.9% of people are going to be using the .esp. So they should know how to properly install everything.Besides, what is the point of replacing the skeleton's .esp (one that changes weapon placement to MORE places than just on your back, and many other features) with an .esp that simply puts 1h swords on your back? That's akin to replacing 8gb DDR4 RAM with 16gb DDR3 RAM. You're trading more for less.
swmas Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 I agree you should use the esp from the skeleton over that nexus mod. But regarding your analogy what about if you had a 32 bit OS? About the performance impact of the racemenu esp, first you would need racemenu, then it's plugin and the actual skeleton esp: that's 3 esps. Then to use any of it's features you would also need extended UI. Yeah I'm pretty sure that's some performance impact there. Though I do have racemnu installed just to quickly load my Chuck Norris preset every time I start a new game.
Anatriax Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 All I can say about having a 32 bit OS? That's on you. You should have had the foresight to look at whether the OS was x86 or x64. If you actually CHOSE to have a 32 bit OS? uh... why? If you're planning on doing any gaming at all... Why?Even if you're on a laptop with only 3gb of RAM. RAM is cheap. Dirt cheap. Especially DDR3 RAM now that DDR4 is coming into cycle. And obviously if he cares that much about how his character looks? he's going to want Racemenu. Here we are, bickering over stupid shit, when the proper answer has been given to him. Follow Phase 6 of my guide. If it doesn't work, read through the rest of the thread that is my guide. If the answer isn't there, post a question in my guide, and I'll get back to you ASAP.It's a simple step by step process, with links to the proper mods to use. I have PLENTY of bounce and jiggle, and don't even use the "bounce and jiggle" mod. That is totally un-needed, as well.I'm assuming that performance isn't a problem you're having, OP. So just disregard this bicker session, go to my guide, and follow phase 6. You'll have weapon placement and jiggle working perfectly in no time, with minimal impact to performance. Especially if you follow the REST of my guide (since it's an immersion, beautification, and stability guide).
swmas Posted June 21, 2015 Posted June 21, 2015 Bicker, is that your favorite word or something? I thought we were just having a discussion. Don't you mean why you're modding with a 32 bit os? Because if you think this is what gaming is then you're no gamer. Most really good games are so old that don't even run on 64 bit. The games we get today are just graphics and nothing else. Actually that's why I don't upgrade my PC because skyrim is the most recent game I play and it's only for the sex mods.
